
Towards Non-Abusive Behaviour : Anger, Relationships and Ourselves
Looking for ways to stay calm in tense situations? Wondering how to think clearly before you speak or act? Wanting to be able to talk, not yell?
This 8 week group for adults will give you the skills you need to manage anger in a more effective way.
You will learn how to:
- Change the thoughts and feelings that contribute to anger
- Manage jealousy in relationships
- Be assertive without being aggressive
- Defuse emotional situations
- Handle stress at home and at work
- Build mutual respect with your partner
- Use good communication skills
Registration: Pre-registration for all courses is required by telephone at 519-884-0000. Courses listed will be offered provided there is sufficient registration. Individuals may self-refer to this group.
Fees: $400.00 for the 8 week group. All course materials included in the cost.
