K-W Counselling Services provides counselling to adult clients referred through Probation and Parole Services, a division of the Ministry of Community Services and Correctional Services. Counselling is provided for a variety of personal issues including by not limited to: substance abuse, anger management, conflict resolution and trauma. Clients are normally seen for 5-8 sessions.

Referral Process: All referrals for this service must be made by Probation Officers.  If you have been referred by your Probation Officer and would like more information, please contact Cindy Jacobsen, our Director of Mandatory and Health Connect Services at 519-884-0000 x249.

Fees: Counselling is provided at no cost to clients and is fully subsidized by Probation and Parole Services.
